Telecoms Co-ordinator
Location: Stockport area
Experience required: Telecoms Co-ordination / Provisioning
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
Our client is a leading Telecommunications company. They are expanding and offer their customers an excellent portfolio of products and services.
The company is now seeking to recruit a Telecoms Co-ordinator / Provisioner to join their existing team. This is a mixed and varied office based role. The position will entail logging faults, provisioning, liaising with service providers and updating customers. The successful candidate will have experience working for a Telecoms company in a B2B Service Desk / Customer Service / Co-ordinator type role and have experience in areas such as liaising with BT Openreach, WLR, Billing, Ordering Lines etc. It is essential you have an excellent telephone manner, are highly organised and computer literate. The position is based from their office in the Stockport area.
Experience and attributes required:
*Telecoms admin experience
*Provisioning line orders
*Logging line faults
*Experience on Ability
*Experience on other providers portals advantageous
*Excellent telephone manner
*Organised
*Attention to detail.
*Any technical knowledge re business phone systems is a plus
The role will include:
*Logging faults and Provisioning line faults
*Liaising with other service providers i.e. Openreach
*Liaising with the company's customers to update on progress of faults / orders
*Logging telephone system faults on the in-house database
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
