We are passionate about storytelling at Antenna and are looking for an Associate Interactive Developer who can work with a range of creative stakeholders to bring digital experiences to life on mobile. We are looking for an ambitious Associate Interactive Developer with a passion and creative flair for front end development. This is an exciting role for the right person, working supporting a global team of content producers, designers and technical project managers and collaborating with a diverse range of high profile cultural and travel based clients from around the world.

The Role:

- To be responsible for the development and delivery of mobile tours and commercial apps for Antenna

- Directly undertaking the development and building of mobile applications.

- Using an internal CMS and utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other coding skills.

- To support Content Producers in building template tours, and train staff and clients where possible

- To play a key role in the design and concepts which form part of Antenna’s app/tour offer to clients.

- To have a creative flair when it comes to technology and an eye for great design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing and building mobile apps and tours

- Ownership of building individual digital media projects

- Collaborate in defining, developing the concept for and building new visitor experiences.

- To attend daily stand up meetings and report on project developments

- Ensure app/tour deliveries to the highest standards.

- Adhere to agreed and approved project schedules.

- To contribute to Sales pitches and new business opportunities and presentation meetings.

- Offer advice and support to the Digital Media department

- Follow established processes to ensure that all work is archived correctly and in a timely manner.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in working in a complex mobile digital media production environment.

- Willingness to train on new technical and creative processes.

- Ability to manage and report to multiple stakeholders.

- Ability to handle multiple projects at once with careful attention to detail with a time frame.

- To demonstrable interest in the arts & heritage sector.

- BA/BSc preferred, or equivalent experience;

- Fluency in English is a requirement.

- Html5, JavaScript, other programming skills (Ruby, Swift, C+).

- Knowledge of human interface guidelines across platforms.

- Excellent organisational and administration skills

- Excellent communication including written, spoken, and interpersonal skills;

- Flexibility and willingness for irregular working hours, including occasional weekend or evening work

- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK

This position is based in London, and is initially for a 3-month rolling contract which will potentially be permanent.
