C++ Developer / C++ Programmer (Real-time Algorithm Multi-threading STL Design Patterns C++). World renowned software house is seeking a highly talented C++ Developer to design and develop real-time financial analytics applications. This market leader is known for their technological innovation throughout the industry and their customers include Tier 1 Investment Banks, hedge funds, brokers and trading organisations throughout the world.
As a C++ Developer you will take multi-threaded, distributed systems through the full development lifecycle, with a keen eye for scalability and reducing latency. This is a professional, but sociable environment in state-of-the-art City based offices where you will join a team of talented I.T. professionals working with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
Strong C++ skills with experience of real-time, multi-threading ideally on a UNIX / Linux platform
Understanding of STL, Design Patterns, Object Orientated design
You must have excellent communication skills and business acumen, naturally bright with a strong education (2.1 or above at BSc)
Desirable: exposure to low latency transport environments, ACE, exposure to market data platforms / feeds
