A Project Manager with a strong telecoms background is required for our leading telco client. The Project Manager must have experience of order management processes and will Ideally have worked on complex multi-business change projects within a large environment.
The Project Manager will be involved in an exciting programme of work for out client and will help to rework their order management processes providing significant improvements to their customers. The project manager will lead a cross functional team of channel, process and technology experts to deliver significant people, process and technology change.
The Project Manager will add value by:
*Support Business Owners to ensure successful delivery of their vision
*Manage a virtual, cross functional team including Business Analysts, System/Technical Analysts, Architecture, Solutions Design, UX, Developers, testers and more
*Management of cross functional projects, to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget
*Effectively manage the full project plan
*Manage issues, risks and dependencies
The Project Manager will have the below skills & experience
Must-have
*Telecoms Order Management experience
*Experience of agile and waterfall
*Worked on a large programme or transformation
*Introducing new systems and processes
Be great to also have
*Pega or similar business process software
*Multi / Omni channel experience
*Worked in a fast moving environment
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
