The future of tax is digital. We’re transitioning over to a new operating model that will allow us to provide new digital services to our customers, via one of the biggest IT estates in Europe. And this is your chance to be part of our ground-breaking new initiative.

In this role, you’ll help to deliver the technological changes that will transform our organisation - and the way in which customers access our services. On a daily basis, you’ll support service team queries, help to deploy new services and improve the overall function by capturing user needs information. You’ll be working with Agile technologies - learning to adapt quickly to changing demands and gaining a broad knowledge of web operations.

Alongside a passion for web technologies, we’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and experience of navigating and troubleshooting around Linux servers. An understanding of inter-application communication protocols, deployment strategies and Agile working is also essential.
