Python Developer (C++/Java/Python)

The service is utilising cutting edge technology to produce a brand unlike anything currently out there.

We need a passionate, hard working individual to join our burgeoning team and join us as we transition from closed beta to an open, accessible site.

Your responsibilities would be primarily working alongside our current programming team, working on exciting developments and trying out things that have never been done before.

Skills and requirements:

Track record of delivering completed projects, preferably web-based

UNIX style OSes

Relational databases (PostgreSQL is a plus)

Experience using version control software

Easy-going personality. You will actively participate in design discussions and code review

Experience building web applications with a Python web framework such as Flask, Bottle, Django or Pyramid

REST APIs

HTML/CSS/JS

We work in Python and would ideally want applicants to be well versed in it. However, if you have a keen understanding of C++, Java or other object oriented programming languages and are interested in learning Python, we might just be interested in you.
