Learning Lead, CRM Trainer, Customer Relationship Manager Trainer, face to face training

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Salary: Negotiable

Role Overview

We are recruiting for a CRM Trainer to work as a Learning Lead in the design and development of blended, eLearning and face to face training. You will also be required to deliver Face to Face training and act as a facilitator in learning workshops to clients across the UK, working with stakeholders of multiple disciplines to develop effective learning solutions meeting client needs and helping make a difference.

You will be required to travel across the UK, often working away from home and to work at pace to meet tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver blended, eLearning or face to face learning solutions. To lead in specialist areas as directed and to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues

Essential Skills

* Advanced IT user - including Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio

* At least one year's experience as a trainer (development and delivery)

* Articulate

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

* Self motivated and enthusiastic, able to work to a high standard on your own or as part of a team

* Articulate / Excellent communication at all levels

* Flexible approach

Desirable

* Skilled in the use eLearning software packages
