Our Client is one of the largest multi-channel businesses in the UK. Whilst historically catalogue based, a growing tendency for customers to shop online means that sales via the Internet now make up a significant percentage of their turnover. They are currently looking to recruit an HTML Development Designer to join their team in Accrington.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a creative flair and be able to demonstrate their ability to produce online creative to a high aesthetic and technical standard whilst being able to work to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the online marketing team by providing web assets as required including, but not limited to, full web pages, email creative, image banners and html fragments for use online

* Able to quality check own work for technical accuracy

* Able to produce web-optimised imagery that is both aesthetically pleasing and optimised to minimise download speed without compromising its visual appeal

Key Responsibilities:

* Excellent HTML coding experience

* Experienced with HTML editors such as Dreamweaver

* Experienced with Adobe Fireworks

* Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

* Experience of JavaScript coding is desirable

* Experience of using web facing control panels with test, development and live publishing stages is desirable

* Excellent communication skills, team player, confident in dealing with people at all levels
