My Edinburgh based client is seeking at Project Manager join their team on a permanent basis.
My client is highly regarded in the development industry and recognised for being in the forefront of technology.
They are seeking a strong Project Manager to develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery while driving execution as well as ensuring the company's standard project management procedures are implemented correctly. You will be expected to build strong working relationships with the Product Delivery Team to understand project requirements and deliverables, including identifying gaps, pro-actively provide recommendations for solutions and resolve bottlenecks which hinder task completion.
Required Skills:
* Consistent track record of delivering large scale projects
* minimum 4 years' experience developing software in a multi-developer team environment, preferably in C# MVC, with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
* Prince 2 Certified
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* The very best organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
* Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid product development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec
* Ability to manage multiple agile teams concurrently
* Experience of delivering large scale IT programmes against tight deadlines.
* Proven ability to identify and evaluate risks and establish contingency plans within a project
* A team-oriented and customer-centric mind-set
* Working as part of a governance and delivery team spanning organisations.
* Working and delivering software into secure environments
