Location: Maxim Business Park, Eurocentral, Nr Glasgow

Scotland's longest established Microsoft Dynamics AX specialists are recruiting an experienced, personable ERP Operations Manager with drive and ambition who will be key to the growth, development and success of the team and business.

You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of new and existing ERP projects. You will work closely with consultants, developers and sub-contractors to develop and deliver quality solutions to meet customers' specific requirements on time and within budget. The role requires working closely with the Managing Director and deputising as required for him.

Person Specification for the Operations Manager position

Essential Skills / Experience

- Strong ERP Implementation Methodology Experience, such as Microsoft Sure Step, with a demonstrable track record of delivering successful projects and managing teams of various sizes on time and within budget.

- Proven track record of developing, managing and delivering detailed and complex project plans which focus on timescales, resources and dependencies

- Highly desirable to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX

- Experienced in Business Analysis to gather and document customer requirements and define project scope
