Programme Manager - SuccessFactors - London

Our client, a leading UK bank, is looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Programme Manager to work out of their London office on a fixed-term contract.

The Programme Manager will possess a strong business acumen, and established their own team in a previous role.

The Programme Manager must have an excellent understanding of the full SAP portfolio and come from a banking background. The successful SuccessFactors Programme Manager will be responsible for project set up and closure, ensuring alignment with the business strategy. The Programme Manager must demonstrate a track record of specific responsibility for the production of all deliverables and the mitigation of potential cost or time delays.

The successful SuccessFactors Programme Manager must meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:

Programme Management experience within the HR Function of a bank highly advantageous

Extensive SAP & SuccessFactors experience

Experience managing medium to large programmes

Proactive & delivery focused

Exceptional communication skills - verbal & written

Demonstrate strong stakeholder management

Financial Services experience essential

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading UK Bank on a six month contract basis, extensions expected.
