We are currently recruiting a dynamic Software Support Analyst to join our busy Customer Care Team.The ideal candidate will be accomplished in bespoke software application support analysis with strong SQL skills and have a flair for IT, preferably software.
You will need to be a natural problem solver with a highly analytical mind to identify and solve technical issues to support our external clients.This is a customer facing role so first rate communication skills are essential as well as the ability to take ownership of a call through to final resolution.
