Change Manager - Financial Crime - Transaction Monitoring - Permanent - London

Change Manager with strong Financial Crime experience within the Financial Services sector. The ideal Financial Crime Change Business Analyst will have experience working within a change management and delivery capacity within Financial Crime.

Financial Crime Change Manager Required Experience:

- Business Analyst with strong Financial Crime experience within the Financial Services sector.

- Experience working in a change management and delivery capacity within Financial Crime.

- Financial Crime experience - AML, Transaction Monitoring, Surveillance.

- Transaction Monitoring experience with systems such as Fortent, Actimize, MANTAS.

- Experience managing change across multiple business lines.

- Strong Business Analysis skills gathering requirements and defining relevant business designs/processes within financial organisations.

- Solid communication skills with ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organisation up to Executive level.

- Process mapping and requirements definition expertise.

- Understanding of one or more industry recognised project methodology

- BA/PM/Change Management Qualifications.

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 + Excellent Benefits Package
