Test Manager

The role.

This role is within the Commercial Banking Financial and Capital markets CIO for the Workload Improvement Programme (PRN: TU262) whose objective is to implement a viable DR solution across the CIO's applications. The Programme has been underway and this request is to replace a Contractor that left at the end their contract.

What the role consists of?

1 Analysing the requirements and deliverables to understand the Products risks.

2 Estimating and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.

3 Preparing daily reports detailing test progress, test coverage and defects status.

4 Providing authoritative advice and guidance to colleagues on any aspect of testing, including training for testers and other developers where appropriate.

5 Provide the single point of contact of all matters relating to testing in IT (and UAT if applicable) and between the test team and development.

* Defining the overall Test Strategy for the Project working with the UAT Test Manager and in agreement with the Project Management

What Lloyds are looking for?

.5+ Years recent test management experience in a bank or financial services company

. ISEB/ISTB Certified - ISEB practitioner preferred but not mandatory

.Prince2 certified preferred but not mandatory depending on experience

.HP ALM - Requirements, Test plans, test lab and defects modules working knowledge

.Experience of Summit, Murex, Risk, Payments and reconciliations applications

. Treasury , Commercial, Investment Banking exposure with an understanding of the underlying business to add value to the role
