Media/Technical Account Manager

A Marketing Technology Consultancy in London have got an exciting opportunity for a Media/Technical Account Manager to manage two of their key accounts within the Media industry. My client helps to deliver software builds and strategic media thinking that in turn helps their clients to exceed within their field and for their products to be recognised through the help of digital media.

Responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to;

*Requirement gathering through interaction with core system users.

*Managing the documentation process of each project and working with development teams and Experience Designers to pull together documentation ready for the development team to utilise.

*Writing of user stories, user descriptions, workflows etc.

*Ensuring projects are briefed thoroughly to off-shore development team and answering any queries from them in relation to the documentation/projects where necessary.

*Helping to identify new project opportunities and escalate these opportunities where possible.

*Participating and leading daily scrum meetings, which are in place to ensure continued collaboration between all team members.

*Logging of all project milestones and progressions.

*Making sure projects are kept within timeline and budget.

*Oversee UAT with clients.

*Communicate with clients at various stages throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills;

*You will possess the ability to take a complex situation and analytically go from the problem to the solution without having to fully understand the underlying issue/s.

*You will have the ability to talk in detail about different software methodologies (such as Agile and Waterfall) and know both the benefits and pitfalls of each.

*You will be able to prove that you have been involved in the full lifecycle of any type of technical build, but that should include the full process of ideation, planning, build, testing and user acceptance.

*You will have experience in working within the digital, mobile or media industry and be able to bring this knowledge/experience to improve working practices within this industry.
