Overview:
A leading Financial Services company in the UK is looking for an experienced Product Manager with a customer focused background to join an established team, focusing on improving customer engagement with existing products, as well as NPD experience.This is fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and highly successful company, and so the right candidate must have a product management background as well as experience working with risk and governance teams.
The role in more detail - Product Manager:
* You will be working on a variety of customer focused projects to improve customer engagement with existing and new products, through the use of customer data.
* Analysing the existing product base to understand how they're performing and how customer engagement can be increased through NPD.
* Researching customer, competitor, and sales data to shape recommendations on product management and development.
* Working closely with the Risk teams to ensure that any changes to the marketing portfolio are in line with business strategies.
* Delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across the business to drive customer contact strategies and new product innovation.
Your skills and experience:
* Strong product and NPD background, preferably within Financial services
* Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills
* Experience of Consumer Insight and Product Analysis
* Customer-centric and data driven personality
