Due to continued success in their London office a growing main contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage a £9m scheme in East London from procurement through to final account.

With a build programme of c1.5 years you will be engaged on a Freelance basis and undertake all commercial responsibility from the sorting out of drawings and tender returns through to tender recommendations and the on-site commercial management and onto final account.

An interesting project containing all elements of working in London such as retained façade, basement works, part demo, new build, refurbishment, logistical issues and working on a listed building the client is looking to appoint a Senior QS with a proven track record of working on London based projects.

With a stable employment history you will be reporting to a Commercial Manager and be accountable for all on site commercial management.

On offer for this Freelance Senior QS assignment is day rate of £300 - £350 per day via Ltd Co.
