LBG has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with Architecture experience to work within Global Payments Business Architecture & Change Planning function in Einburgh, Glasgow or Birmingham.

Global Payments is responsible for processing fast, secure, innovative, flexible transaction management services that are compliant. Global Payments manages Lloyds Banking Group's Payment processing, Transaction Compliance and Reconciliations, Market Ops, Libor Law and Trade as well as the change and development requirements to remain compliant with established regulations. The area is a centre of excellence with a strong focus on developing innovative solutions to keep customers payments safe, whilst responding to the change needs and expectations of customers.

Global Payments process payment transactions for circ. 33% of the UK economy. 95% of the LBG global transactions and processed through our team and we oversee the remaining 5%. There are 3000 colleagues in the team of which about 500 are responsible for delivering change.

In 2015 we are undertaking a permanent recruitment campaign where we will be looking to fill permanent roles across all grades and disciplines. Our main locations include London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol and Halifax. This is an exciting opportunity to work within Global Payments Business Architecture & Change Planning function where there is a large and complex portfolio of projects/programmes, with a sizeable Business Analyst community. These roles will specifically be working within the Business Advisory Services function to support the early assessment of future initiatives and shaping of the 2016/2017 portfolio.

As a Business Analyst within Architecture, you will complete the scope, requirements analysis and business solution design aligned with the strategy for a medium to large sized project or a component(s)/ workstream of a large project/programme

You will lead, design and facilitate business engagements to establish scope, business needs, project objectives, outcomes and expectations on business processes. Work with the business analysis team to ensure that quality business requirements are produced, accepted and approved by the key stakeholder and business solution, Engage with key stakeholders to influence the solution design to meet business goals, scope and strategy requirements

You'll be responsible for everything from building relationships with stakeholders, gathering and building requirements, to providing strong domain knowledge and managing risks to help deliver projects successfully.

Successful candidates will have Lean Six Sigma skills, UML literate or Agile methodology experience and the ability to shape initiatives at the pre-concept phase. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential with the ability to handle ambiguity whilst problem solving & showing innovation.
