As a Lead Project Manager in Group Operations Customer Change Management (GOCCM) you will play a vital part in the smooth running of Group Operations. Our change teams deliver any required changes, be it process; procedural; product or system that touch any or all of Customer Operations.

From small product changes and tweaks to processes to huge regulatory and mandatory initiatives, the GOCCM team play an integral part in ensuring that the Group's operational areas can continue to offer an excellent service to our customers.

GOCCM is a geographically diverse team, consisting of currently approx 480 colleagues, including contractors. The team is currently going through some strategic structure changes increasing our headcount, our offering and enhancing the services we provide.

Apart from the Change teams we also have a Telephony and Technical Change Team, a Workflow team who manage changes to PEGA and other heritage workflow systems, a Testing team, a Delivery Design team and a central Change Services support team. So the opportunities for you are exciting and vast.

You will manage and control the delivery of medium to large projects or workstreams within very large projects or programmes, taking responsibility for delivering solutions which address business needs. Managing resources to ensure delivery to agreed business plans within cost, quality and timescale objectives, ensuring that the benefits identified in the business case can be realised.
