Our change community have a unique opportunity to meet the needs of families, businesses and communities across the UK and we are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Commercial function to help deliver key pieces of work

This role will provide the right candidate with the challenge of delivering substantial business benefits in a fast changing environment, as part of a talented and motivated team.

Can you:

- Manage a small team

- Lead, design and facilitate business engagements to establish scope, business needs, project objectives, outcomes and expectations on business processes

- Work with the business analysis team to ensure that quality business requirements are produced, accepted and approved by the key stakeholder and business solution

- Engage with key stakeholders to influence the solution design to meet business goals, scope and strategy requirements

You'll be responsible for everything from building relationships with stakeholders, gathering and building requirements, to providing strong domain knowledge and managing risks to help deliver projects successfully.

To be successful you should ideally be able to evidence:

- Business Analyst skills, involving a systems and process migration at a medium scale, dealing with key stakeholders from IT and Finance

- Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering to milestones

'Experience and an understanding of Financial Markets is also preferable along with an understanding of the Trade Lifecycle'.
