Test Manager - BSS / Billing / Charging / CRM

Location - Hook, Hampshire

Our client are a leading Telecommunications company based in Hook. They are seeking an experienced Test Manager to help deliver a major Transformation project that spans across BSS and Core Networks.

Responsibilities of Test Manager - BSS / Billing / Charging / CRM;

* Lead a team of test engineers and specialists to delivery customer expectations for a quality BSS solution / IT Stack, including systems in CRM, Billing, ESB, Provision, Mediation.

* Prepare the testing plan and suite of test cases to cover the thorough testing of the BSS systems from both a functional and non-functional viewpoint

* Coordinate the test execution with onsite testers

* Communicate testing progress and issues with customer

Background from Test Manager - BSS / Billing / Charging / CRM;

* 8+ years of BSS technical background

* Strong knowledge of BSS migration / transformation projects

* Strong experience on all phases of a Test processes

* Ability to manage a large team of Test Engineers / Analysts

* Previously led a test project / team on a BSS Transformation / Migration
