You are a proven Project Manager and an integral part of the Change and Major Programme stream in your current role. You are responsible for Project Management and Analysis of projects. You are a forward thinking Project Manager who is responsible for the performance of projects assigned to them. You have a strong appreciation of IT applications including technology based change and development.
The Role:
The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business and systems processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
Understanding the customer vision, business plan and business objectives, working with the customer / project sponsor to shape the solution and create a benefits realisation plan to support proposed change initiatives. All will be delivered with clear communication and leadership of work streams.
Key Skills:
* Minimum 3 years proven Project Management experience
* Proven ability in Delivery Change
* Prince2
* Experience leading projects in excess of £1mil
* Stakeholder Management
* Implementation of Business and Systems Processes
* Managing Business Requirements
* Excellent communicator
* Insurance knowledge - desirable
