Development Manager (Agile Web Java). Leading games studio is seeking a skilled Development Manager to manage resources to deliver new product and platform features for a suite of online games, creating and reviewing development plans as requirements change. Optimising team performance, you will encourage staff to achieve their potential and progress their career.

As a Development Manager you will track project progress and resource usage, measuring and reporting on key delivery metrics. Building a strong working relationship with clients, you will foster strong communication between all key stakeholders. You will identify and tackle process bottlenecks, promoting Agile development methodologies throughout the full development lifecycle.

Based in a vibrant area of Central London, this is a friendly, collaborative environment that offers excellent career prospects.

Requirements:

           Strong experience in a highly transactional B2C eCommerce environment

           Genuine interest in gaming

           Experience in an Agile working environment

           Technical understanding, ideally Java

           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, natural leader and motivator

           Keen to help others achieve their potential

           Able to set, assess and rate performance of objectives

           Highly organised personality
