Client:-

Our client a FTSE 100 requires Business Analysts / Change Managers to manage and deliver large projects (across process mapping, improvement, design, business process, change, people change, systems change) to central Government.

Role:

As a Business Change Analyst / Change Project Manager you will have a wide range of responsibilities including working across multiple projects.

* Process Mapping

* Improvement

* Design

* Business Process

* Project Management

* Understand IT projects and deliverables

* Assist with delivery of projects where required

Candidate:

* Good Project / Programme abilities

* Good consulting experience

* You will have a wide technical background and have worked for a vendor, supplier, a specialist consulting company or a Big4 (or similar) organisation and be looking for a role that will allow you to really add value to this organisation

* A people change or business technology background is required.

* Good experience with central government / highly secured project environments is ideal

* Prince 2 Practitioner & MSP Certified

* Process improvement would be useful

* Management / Delivery Business Analysis skills

Salary:

£30,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Benefits (highly negotiable for the right experienced candidate)
