Test Manager - Investment Banking

A superb opportunity has arisen for a leading Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf for a Senior Test Manager to lead an expanding team of Test Analysts within their Research and Analytics Division which is responsible for the testing of all the banks considered new and existing cutting edge technology.

As a Test Manager you would be responsible for the following;

* Working on multi-million pound business critical cross Investment bank projects including a number of regulatory related projects acting as the go to point for all Testing matters.

* Estimate and obtain management support for the time and resource to execute project testing across the Investment Bank.

* Responsible for the successful delivery of a number business critical test programmes including multi-streamed programmes of work.

* Define the Test strategy and organise appropriate timescales with any associates stakeholders covering back to front divisions.

* Work with Test Team Leads to ensure that appropriate test scripts are in place.

* Act at the overall lead for the test environment for example authorising clear downs, setting targets and where necessary stopping or re-engaging test flows.

* Be responsible for pushing the overall business strategy forward in regards to Testing.

As a Test Manager you will be holding an extremely senior position within the Investment Bank (Vice President), therefore as a Test Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple teams and interacting with multiple Test Team Leads. As a Test Manager you will require a high degree of management experience and will need to have a sound background in Testing.
