CRM Analyst | £250 per day | London | Online Brand

THE COMPANY

A major global online retailer is looking to add to its Marketing team with an experienced CRM Analyst who has previous coding experience in SQL and advanced Excel skills.

This is a high end respected brand with a reputation for top calibre performance and are based in West London.

THE ROLE

As a CRM Analyst you will have multiple years of experience in a retail customer analytics environment and coding experience in SQL as well as advanced Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables etc.).

Working alongside the Marketing department, PR team and their dedicated personal shoppers you will have the opportunity to drive marketing decisions by providing customer segmentations and profiles for their targeted marketing campaigns.

EXPERIENCE

* SQL coding and data extraction experience

* Advanced Excel knowledge (v/h Look-ups, Pivot Tables, VBA)

* Experience in customer analytics with a Retail / FMCG background

* Educated to a degree level in a relevant subject

* Experience working on CRM analytics (direct marketing campaigns, customer segmentation's etc.)

DAY RATE

An experienced CRM Analyst can expect to earn up to £250 per day.
