A leading Defence company require a IT Systems Trainer to join their team onsite at Telford. 12 month contract and can be available on a part-time basis.

We have recently launch a project to implement a variety of improvements to the business systems that we use within Combat Vehicles (UK). Over the next 12 months the role will report to the Business Systems Trainer & Change Lead to roll out specific improvements to our systems. The role will be responsible for supporting the following activities:

*Designing (if required), organising and delivering learning on our business systems such as SAP, Teamcentre, SharePoint, Microsoft Products etc.

*Measuring the effectiveness of the learning

*Supporting the change management process and associated cultural change required within the business

The successful candidate will be able to evidence the following key skills and experience:

*Excellent IT skills, able to understand how to use IT systems quickly

*Able to write clear and concise training materials

*Able to deliver training one to one or in a group setting being an engaging presenter

*Able to develop online learning materials and validation exercises

*Excellent organisational skills

*Experience of the full training cycle and learning theory would be advantageous as would working knowledge of business systems such as SAP, Microsoft Products, Team Centre or similar systems

We would require the successful candidate to be based out of Telford and willing to do some UK travel, we would also consider the role on a part time basis.
