We are seeking a Web / Graphic Designer, skilled in Digital and Print Design, to work for our dynamic and growing client in the Gosport area

Suitable candidates will be tasked with all customer-facing graphic design for print and web use, including (but not limited to): large-scale banners, event flyers, print magazine advertisements, company website pages, email campaigns and other creative output. You will be managing a variety of projects from concept to completion whilst using your diverse skill set in typography, visual conception, layout and presentation skills.

The position is suited to a Web / Graphic Designer who is keen to work in a dynamic and vibrant business and someone who has a can-do attitude and someone who is eager to build a department and team around you

This will involve the following responsibilities:

* Design and create all new external marketing collateral and literature including print, digital, production and exhibition design

* Working within existing brand guidelines with view to evolving these over next 12 months

* Creating artwork for both online and offline purposes

* Large format design to include media such as advertising boarding, billboards and banners

* Be the creative face of the business, to drive the business forward visually and create a positive brand image for both internal and external sources

* Create internal marketing collateral including newsletters, staff magazine

* Be a guardian of the brand ensuring consistency in all visual communications

* Adding value with your design skill set and passion for creativity

Suitable candidates should possess:

* Excellent Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills are essential.

* Experience of Responsive Design

* Excellent layout, colour and typography skills combined with a positive 'can-do' highly organised approach.

* A good understanding of design for websites, and a passion for creating outstanding user interfaces

* Experience of HTML5 and CSS3.

* Experience of both Print and Digital design essential

* A genuine passion for all things design related with a relentless desire to push the boundaries and create great work.
