A brand new opportunity has become available for a high-calibre Business Change Analyst to join a globally successful asset management firm in Edinburgh on a permanent basis.

The appointed Business Change Analyst will join the Change & IT function within a high-profile team who provide a range of project services to the wider organisation.  The Business Change Analyst will take on a key role at the very beginning of new change initiatives, in addition to providing crucial analysis capabilities during the main delivery phase of a project.  Our client is keen to recruit candidates who possess a broad analysis skillset and can apply themselves to different projects and specialisms, as well as the ability to be both proactive and flexible/reactive in equal measure.

To be successful within this role of Business Change Analyst, our client would like you to have the following:

Significant experience of working as a Business Analyst, with or for an Asset Management organisation

Experience of providing Business Analysis support to major Business Change & Transformation projects, ideally in an environment where Technology is a key partner

Proven track record across core Business Analysis skillset including, but not limited to, Data Capture/Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Process Modeling & Design, Extracting/Defining Business Requirements, Writing Use Cases, Preparing Test Plans/Managing UAT Process

Demonstrable, well-developed stakeholder management skills when dealing with BA's, Project Managers, IT professionals and Business Experts, at all levels of seniority
