Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to provide 1st and 2nd line support for the organisations core business systems: Finance; HR; Retail and Ticketing. You will also work alongside the central IT Service Desk to provide additional assistance as required.

You will work as part of a small and friendly team you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the business users at RBG Kew. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and work on a variety of technologies.

You will have relevant experience providing support in a Windows environment, be self-motivated, able to manage conflicting priorities and have excellent communication skills.
