We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced individual to provide 1st and 2nd line support for the organisations retail and ticketing systems during weekends and three other days during the week. Kew is open to the public 7 days a week and this role will provide crucial on-site support at these times.

You will have relevant experience providing support in a Windows environment, be self-motivated, able to manage conflicting priorities and have excellent communication skills.

You will have the confidence to be the sole IT representative at weekends with the knowledge that other members of IT are available by phone if required.

You will work alongside the central IT Service Desk at other times during the week to provide additional assistance as required.
