Project Manager (Construction)

Rate - £20 - £35ph

Location - Greater London, Belgravia

Contract - 6 - 9 Months

Start Date - October

Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience working on structural projects in a domestic environment? Are you looking for your next contract working on a prestigious project?

My client is looking for a Project manager to oversee the smooth running of a £1.5 million project, refurbing a domestic property in Belgravia, London.

On a day to day basis you will be tasked with ensuring all the necessary building regulations are upheld, helping with structural and technical work and give advice to solve any issues which the project may encounter. You will also be responsible for ensuring tight deadlines are met as well as liaising with the architect and other sub-contractors on site.

This is an excellent opportunity with attractive rates of pay to work on an exciting project.

* 1.5 million Project

* Ensuring Building regulations are understood and followed

The Person:

* Very good understanding of health and safety and building regulations

* Managed similar size projects in a domestic setting

* Used to overseeing major structural works
