Project Delivery Manager - Telecoms
Location - Dublin, Ireland
We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager for our client based in Dublin.
Accountable for delivering the entire customer project scope - products and services - to the customer within the assigned area of responsibility (one or multiple BL responsibilities).
Main responsibilities on E2E planning and management of financial and operational performance
Ensures project management based on PMI principles and in full alignment with the clients MoO and applicable BL guidelines
Leads project team for medium to large accounts. Plans and monitors delivery phase of project. Plans and manages internal and external resources. Is responsible for internal and external project reporting. Acts as a primary project interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship. Shares project experience and best practices, knowledge of project management processes, tasks and tools with other project managers. Identifies and supports new business opportunities.
Responsiblities
* Drive all project specific activities to the specific customer whilst acting as the central coordination point for the business and interfacing to the customer team
* Plan and manage the execution of the project according to budget
* Ensure all project milestones are met by using global processes
* Managing Financial & Non Financial performance
* Project Management Planning
* Monitoring & Controlling project and program execution
Experience Required
* Prior Telecoms Project Management experience
* 5+ Years relevant work experience delivering projects
* 2+ Years of Technical Support (Care) Manager experience (or similar)
* Had experience working for a Multinational Company
* Must be eligible to work in Ireland
