Excellent role on offer for an experienced Technical Trainer looking to join an expanding, well-established FMCG manufacturer where you will be responsible for play a key role within the engineering department whilst receiving excellent training and support.

Are you a highly skilled Technical Trainer with experience in an FMCG environment? Do you have experience in creating future maintenance and engineering strategic plans? Are you looking to join a company that are well known to look after their staff through excellent training and development?

Established for over 90 years, this organisation is renowned for being well established in the FMCG manufacturing industry. With new directives to increase efficiencies across the site, they are looking to recruit a Technical Trainer who want responsibility on large, technically challenging projects.

Due to continued success and a company restructure they are now looking to recruit a highly skilled Technical Trainer.

In this role you will be required to provide the detailed planning and scheduling of work requests, update and maintain information systems and manage the completion of work. This will include the preparation and control of budgets but also to create strategic plans for the maintenance and engineering needs. You will also be responsible for Managing and developing engineering/setter teams in the factory.

Therefore this role would ideally suit an experienced Technical Trainer who is from an FMCG background. In return they will offer you a long term career with a company that will look after you through stability, training and an excellent package.

The Role:

* Working Monday to Friday Days

The Person:

* Technical Training experience

* Must have be from a FMCG/Manufacturing environment

* Must have experience with creating future maintenance and engineering strategic plans

* Must live local to Watford or a commutable distance
