Infrastructure Project Manager - Voice, Contact Centre, Network - London and Home based
My client a global telecommunications company are seeking a number of Infrastructure Project Managers with a proven track record in the successful delivery of IT projects to work within the financial services industry in London.
Full project lifecycle experience is essential and the successful candidate will be an excellent planner with expertise in managing multiple IT projects such as:
* Contact Centre Services (Voice recording, Wallboarding, Reporting)
* Understanding of Voice Services (e.g. One Voice, Inbound calls, Outbound calls, SIP, Number Porting)
* Cisco or Avaya
* Riverbed
* Voice/Contact Centre Transition or Transformation
* Global Network Transformations
With excellent communication skills, you will be a proven Stakeholder and supplier Manager
Key Skills:
* Proven track record in the delivery of IT infrastructure projects
* Strong planner with solid working knowledge of project management tools - e.g. MSP / HPPM
* Experienced in creating detailed work plans for the end to end delivery of technical infrastructure projects within financial services industry
* Management of project budgets, including staff costs, contractor costs, expenses and hardware and software purchases including monthly forecasting, accruals and reporting
* Third party supplier management
* Stakeholder Management
Please note this role is based in London working on a client site with some flexibility to work from home.
