A client of mine, based up in Scotland is looking for an organised and creative CRM officer to join their team to play a crucial role in supporting both an upgrade of the University's Student Recruitment CRM system and its implementation. You will also support the Course Enquiries Service.

You will be skilled in;

*Experience of managing customer focused database and database integration.

*Experience of project management with ability to organise, consult with colleagues, meet deadlines and prioritise work.

*Knowledge of student recruitment in a higher education context.

*Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

*Demonstrable experience assisting with planning and managing user testing.

*Experience of data migration projects, particularly CRM.

*Experience in project support.

*Experience in a customer support environment.

*Excellent IT skills especially in MS Office packages (MS Visio, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and confident in the use of a range of technology for the development and delivery of online services, namely SharePoint.

*Knowledge of TRIBAL SITS - Student Records.

*Extensive experience of business analysis and process re-engineering.

Skills that would be desirable;

*ITIL experience.

*Experience with the project development lifecycle and typical problems associated with the implementation of IT projects.

*Experience in use of Camtasia, WebEx, dotMailer, Google, Analytics.

*Experience in higher education, other public sector bodies or large private sector organisations.
