Are you experienced in managers projects relating to the installation of fibre optic networks and looking for an exciting opportunity offering training and long term progression?

This role is with a major player in the utilities market.

This position will focus on project managing the installation of the backhaul network and where applicable installation of an off-site link or OSCP cabinet.

Therefore tasks will include:

1-Evaluation and procurement of the optimal backhaul solution for newly acquired sites.

2-Procurement of equipment and services to facilitate the installation of the backhaul services

3-Work with the off-site designer to determine any off-site requirements including duct, cabinet location, risk assessment, special engineering difficulties and produce appropriate work pack.

4-Managing the timely delivery of the required 3rd party backhaul services required to connect a new development.

To apply for this position you should have:

·Proven background as a Project Manager with significant experience and/or qualifications (Prince2, relevant degree etc)

·Understanding of delivering infrastructure projects within the public highway relating to the installation of fibre optic networks.

This is a full time, permanent position.
