A leading IT Services organisation is looking for an experience Business Process Analyst to work onsite with a client in the Public Sector on a permanent basis. Focussing on service delivery and process improvement the successful Business Process Analyst will demonstrate awareness of customer ownership and take responsibility for projects and service improvements through to conclusion.

Working with all levels of the organisation the successful Business process Analyst will ideally have an understanding of Public Sector ethics, funding and processes.

Additionally the successful Business Process Analyst will be responsible for:

* Managing client relationship to develop, source and implement strategies, interventions and action plans with measurable targets and outcomes that meet specific business needs

* Work with current or potential customers to understand fully their key business drivers and interpret and guide decisions relating to associated ICT and Information Assurance requirements.

* Working with all levels of the business, determine current and future business needs and monitor expectations and satisfaction levels

* Capture and record business feedback on service provision, including cost models, recharging, business planning impacts, policy aspirations and political dimensions which may have an effect on current and future project offerings

* Drive, develop, facilitate and manage change initiatives and customer on boarding

* Gather feedback from customers on the effectiveness of provision of services to project and programme boards

Essential Experience Required of the Business Process Analyst:

* Previously worked within a Service Delivery or Process Improvement position

* Strong Business Process Management (BPM), looking at process reviews and continuous improvement

* Ability to gather and understand technical business requirements including technology and Information Assurance dependencies that require input and/or support.

* Strong customer management and Stakeholder Management experience - internal and external

* Public Sector knowledge ideally within ethics or funding and processes would be beneficial
