Our major Electronics client is now recruiting an Engineer to provide support to Design teams on CAD Tools (commercial and in house), Design Flows and software infrastructure and to define and deploy a consolidated methodology for Sensors, IPs and System on Chips developments aimed at reducing the project development cycle time and improve the quality of result.

The Role

Set up, administration and maintenance of database repositories based on Synchronicity DesignSync tools.

Data management tools users support, database structure setup and maintenance, configuration management. Setup trainings and knowledge sharing sessions, deploy methodology recommendations and best practice.

To provide day by day CAD support to local and remote teams on the tools and methodologies used to execute Imaging Division projects.

Installation of CAD libraries and kits.

CAD projects configuration management.

CAD tools and flows support for analogue, digital and mixed signal circuits.

Internal tools development to automate design tasks and flows, customization of CAD tools to add features required by Design teams.

Key Skills and Experience:

Degree qualified

Previous experience on CAD tools development and support is essential

Synchronicity Design Sync tools and servers administration.

Behavioural description languages (vhdl, verilog).

Good written and verbal communications skills
