Decision Analyst

As a Barclays Decision Analyst, you will be developing and improving end-to-end targeting, using a variety of tools and techniques, including event and behavioural propensity modelling. Delivering a step change in commercial benefits, you will also have responsibility for a named business line, using performance trends, customer behaviour and commercial opportunities.

About us:

Decision Analysts handle the analysis side of any business change. As part of this, they undertake workshops before delivering and presenting business analysis. They regularly contribute to the production of a wide range of deliverables from business requirements definition to project change impact assessments.

As a Barclays Decision Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve:

* Developing a targeting approach, to accurately identify customer needs

* Designing tests and delivery campaigns, and analysing performance to ensure campaigns are executed effectively

* Identifying performance trends, customer behaviours and commercial opportunities and risks to continuously improve accuracy and effectiveness and realise commercial opportunities

* Building strong relationships with the Product and Channel teams to manage, optimise and deliver an effective new demand and execution cycle

* Communicating the recommendations of analysis in meetings with senior stakeholders and in visually-compelling reports or presentations

As a Barclays Decision Analyst your skills and qualifications will include:

* The ability to identify, understand and manage through a complex set of stakeholder relationships, across a matrix organisation

* Extensive practical experience of creating customer segmentation and behavioural models, running customer targeting and delivering data via a campaign management tool

* The confidence to build empathy and work co-operatively towards shared objectives, with internal customers and clients

* The insight to find creative and ingenious solutions to analytical problems for peers, clients and superiors

* Excellent communication skills which are open, candid, complete and consistent
