An opportunity has become available to join our client as a SAP Project Systems Subject Matter Expert. Our client is a global CRO with more than 7000 employees across 60 facilities in 16 countries globally..

You will be working at a world class facility just outside of Edinburgh, where the IT department provides a wide range of IT services to all divisions of the organisation. We now have the following exciting opportunity for an ambitious SAP Project System Analyst:

The successful applicant will serve as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with a variety of modules of SAP. You will define detailed requirements, analyse business needs, and validate solutions with the client. You will also detail requirements through product development and other functions to support the ERP team and guide and advise less experienced employees.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent in computer science, engineering, business administration or related discipline.

*Significant related experience in Analysis and implementation of IT applications and related experience with a variety of SAP modules.

*Hands-on experiences in the design, configuration and implementation of key SAP Project Systems components, including: planning, budgeting, project structure (i.e., WBS & networks), scheduling, progress analysis, project pricing, settlements, project confirmations, Result Analysis for revenue recognition, RRB, period end processing, intercompany process and key integration points with Profitability, Controlling, Sales & Distribution module, CATS (time-entry) and Purchasing. Experience with standard reporting for project systems as well as designing custom reports. Knowledge of SD is plus.
