WHO ARE WE?

We are a leaders within our industry, and due to continued success we are looking to expand our development team even further, based in modern offices in Leeds. We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our ranks, and immerse themselves into a challenging yet rewarding role, leading a team of up to 8 Developers. We work with real time B2B systems in the travel industry, as well as the technology / telecoms sector. The idyllic candidate will have Scrum / Agile / Java / Project Management knowledge, as well as a strong technical background (hands on Java development being a particular bonus!)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the quality delivery of a plethora of software projects and products using Agile / Scrum. You will use your Project Management experience to ensure the successful execution of development sprints and project progression, engaging with stakeholders and external customers at all levels you will be an excellent communicator. This opportunity would be ideal for someone wanting a role which requires customer facing and technical progression. You will be immediately exposed to a cutting edge technology stack so the drive and enthusiasm to learn and progress is essential.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

* Strong Scrum experience

* An excellent understanding of Agile

* Great knowledge of the full lifecycle of software development projects

IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE…

* Scrum Master Certification

* Java development background
