IT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER: BIRMINGHAM/FIELD BASED: PERM: 40-45K
IT Business Relationship Manager required for a FTSE listed client.
Taking on a crucial role in the engagement of the business, identifying, communicating and delivering enterprise IT solutions and services, you will support and drive the efficiency of the business.
The role is multi faceted covering a range of skills and competencies, but first and foremost needs individuals with exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, so an extensive track record and evidence of this will be needed.
You will be working across a large business community and expected to understand the key business strategies and drivers, off the back of which you can articulate and identify key IT products, solutions and services that can underpin these initiatives and processes.
On top of the stakeholder skills a range of experiences covering the following will be ideal:
- Business Analysis
- Project Management (PRINCE2 / Agile)
- Service Delivery (ITIL)
- Product Management
- Account Manager
- IT Management / Development - technical background.
You will need to have exposure in more than one of these and unlikely that someone coming from a pure Project Manager role would be suitable for what the client is ideally after.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar role for another corporate business and have been working with enterprise solutions and user bases, but the manager is open to considering people from SME's ideally with a technology focus.
Salary for these roles is likely between £40,000 - £45,000 + car + good bonus + benefits. Positions can be based out of their West Midlands offices with the scope of flexible home working as well. Travel will be expected to various offices of the business.
