Project Coordinator (Kent)

Job Purpose

A Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager with previous experience in supporting project teams to deliver best in class solutions. As an Experis Project Coordinator you ll enjoy the diverse challenges, clients, work environments that come hand in hand with delivering innovative projects on time and to budget.

This role requires someone experienced in business and stakeholder management as well as knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Prince2) to support the plan, execution, and control and monitoring of a project from concept through to implementation and roll out. Some previous experience of working in a Business Analysis role would be ideal for this position.

The Role

* Build and own the delivery of operational / financial project plans.

* Develop and track the business case / report on the teams delivery and control priorities, balancing this with strategic project initiatives being developed.

* Facilitate workshops and meetings to share project progress / specifics / output.

* Work with internal stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time. Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders outside of the client is equally important too.

* Provide general administration for operational / financial projects, as necessary.

* Analyse and document financial processes.

* Identify and deliver the set up of a new banking framework including bank account structures, direct debit and credit card capabilities. This will involve considerable contact with the clients current/new banking partners.

Main Responsibilities:

Successful candidates are likely to demonstrate that they are:

* Interested in finance and ideally have a background in Financial Services.

* Process orientated with the ability to see the bigger picture.

* Very organised.

* A good communicator (written and verbal) with great interpersonal skills.

* Self/motivated / Self/starter and able to work under minimal supervision.

* Experienced Excel, and a working knowledge of Visio.

* Confident in your understanding of project life cycles.

* Looking for a development opportunity outside of your current role where you'll get exposure to many areas of the client business.

Education/Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

* Prince 2 Qualified/or similar qualification
