IT Trainer - Based in either Cardiff or Bangor - 6 Months

This is a contract position with a choice of base locations - Cardiff or Bangor. The role involves travel to different sites so the successful candidate will need to be prepared to travel throughout Wales.

The successful candidate will have experience of MS CRM. Any additional experience of Agresso, CMS, Cloud, Azure & Office 365 would be advantageous.

Job Purpose

* To coordinate and support the business change, training, documentation and support for staff using new applications being delivered from the transformation project teams. This will be delivered working as part of the business change team.

* To build relationships and understanding between projects teams and business as usual teams, both operational and technical, to ensure an effective hand over process for new applications.

* To promote awareness and understanding that supports the challenges and opportunities of a new organisation created from 3 legacy bodies and how to engage together. Ensuring that the business provides induction and orientation programmes led by team leaders and implementing the time and measures for learning and development of new and existing systems, to support staff to perform duties to their best ability with the right tools and guidance.

Essential Skills:

* A good understanding of MS CRM

* Experience in writing training materials and designing courses

* Experience of E-learning

* Experience of mobile device use and access

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organisation

* A good working knowledge and experience in training all current core Microsoft products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Lync (Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013).

* Advanced knowledge and experience and training in SharePoint on line (Office 365)

* A good understanding of Exchange and Skype for Business capabilities on line.

* Must be prepared to work with other members of the team in developing and delivering custom built training programmes for departments.

Desirable skills

* Basic welsh language skills would be advantageous however this is not essential
