Procurement Manager

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Our client, a leading Telecommunications service provider are seeking an experienced Procurment Manager in the field of Telecommunication Engineering Services, who has a track record in the German market.

Procurement Manager Responsibilities:

* Supplier sourcing, selection and management

* Procurement strategy

* Supplier performance evaluation, portfolio management

* Commercial negotiation and contract negotiation

* Supplier relationship management

* Ensure cost efficiency & lead-time for sourcing part

* Telecom project procurement implementation

* Identify risks from the on-changing procurement environment

Procurement Manager - Skills & Experience

* Educated to Degree Level

* Telecoms industry knowledge (Vendor or Operator) such as: Ericsson, Huawei, Alcatel Lucent, Samsung, ZTE, KPN, Telefonica, Vodafone, Deutsche telekom

* Procurement knowledge in;

* Commercial deals

* Negotiation

* Sales / Pricing

* Buying

* Bid, Vendor, Supplier Management

* Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment

* Excellent communication skills and social ability

* Fluent English and German language
