Lead Developer - JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS, PHP - London

Working in close partnership with Project and Account management teams, you will be responsible for maintaining clear and concise communication on technical matters via regular client meetings, briefings and scoping sessions. You will be technically astute whilst having the ability to explain technical processes to non technical team members.

Overall responsibilities will likely include;

*End to end Design and implementation of all underlying web architecture of software projects

*Oversee the technical aspects of all software projects within the team

*Review work of development team, promote code re-factoring and review

Providing a clear view of development status and risk to the Digital Director

*Communicate and enforce coding standards and the prosecution of code reviews and re-factoring across development teams.

*Provide a client facing technical point of view

*Refine requirements into effective user experiences

*Conduct effective performance evaluations and mentor developers and senior developers through formal and informal channels

*Train account teams and clients through both formal and informal training programs

*Lead internal teams/task forces

To be successful in this exciting organisation, you will likely demonstrate excellent experience with;

*Extensive hands on experience using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS and PHP for online banner advertising campaigns

*jQuery

*HTML email development

*Unix/Linux and MySQL

*LAMP or WAMP

*Git

*Ad serving platforms such as (FlashTalking , DoubleClick, Sizmek and Celtra)

*Problem solving and debugging

*Design patterns (MVC, etc)

*Google Docs
