C++ contract - Banking - London - £550-650

I am currently searching for 3 C++ contractors to work for one of my investment banking clients based in central London. In this role you will be working a new Greenfield pricing and risk system that is used across the bank. You will need to have strong experience of developing highly complex multi-threaded application in a mission critical environment.

You will need very strong knowledge of C++ and ideally some C# experience would be great. UNIX is the main OS. Solid object oriented principles and highly fault tolerant system development exposure. Also you will need to be used to dealing with large scale library's written mainly in C++ but some in Java. As with the majority of financial market data Strong experience in networks and heavy IO based systems would be a huge plus for this role.

As this is a Greenfield project you should be confident in proposing new design and architecture ideas along with strong emphasis on best coding practice and clean / efficient code. Ideally you will have banking experience but if you are a strong developer and want to get into banking that will be considered.
