I have a number of Senior Software Engineer vacancies for a market-leading electronics engineering company within the defence & aerospace industries. This company place strong emphasis on career development, so these roles can offer long term career challenge and satisfaction.

They are keen to hire experienced Senior Software Engineers who have a strong background in C++, (and ideally OO) working on real-time embedded projects. Ideally, you will have worked with UML and any of Rhapsody, DOORS or Rational Rose. Full project lifecycle experience would be ideal.

The role will involve varied C++ software development projects, ranging from sensors, RF, signal processing, hardware interfacing. You will be utilising state of the art modelling tools (any Matlab experience would be an advantage), compilers and test environments.

The company has built established real-time embedded C++ software teams and processes and you would be working as part of project teams, so the role will offer variety and challenge. They have very modern offices - so it is a pleasant environment to work in.

It is essential that you have security clearance, or are eligible to obtain it.
