** Senior Web Developer ** £300 ** Edinburgh ** 3 months

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Web Developer to join their development team in a fixed term contracting role. It's an excellent opportunity to work on a very highly challenging green field development to build a distributed Virtual Learning Environment platform that will deliver online resources and learning to staff.

Essential Skills

*At least 5 years of solid web applications programming with ASP.NET MVC / using C# .Net 4.5.

*Demonstrable experience & understanding of Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and best practices.

*Experience of SQL Server 2014 database, T-SQL, Entity framework and LINQ.

*Experience in developing JSON based RESTful web services using ASP.NET web APIs.

*Experience with standard web technologies HTML 5, CSS 3.0, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap

AngularJS.

*Knowledge of responsive design and media queries.
